The need for a message arises only in the absence of a role model who cannot convey the message through their life, their whole being. Fortunately, we have a Great Master like Amma, from whom we can learn and experience the numerous aspects of life. However, I will try to pen down a few lines in the light of this unique phenomenon known as Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, Her life and teachings.

'Can you bow down, be humble and remain as a beginner until the end of your life? Then the gates of your heart will ever remain open to receive true knowledge', says Amma.
Aggressiveness and ego are the slogans of the modern society. People believe that all the achievements of life are nothing but the success of human intellect, also known as ego.

The fact that the big leaps in science and technology are the attainments of human intellect cannot be denied. But the truth that science is still groping in darkness to unfold the secrets of creation should also be accepted. If you really want to enter into the world of knowledge, the treasure chest of wisdom, be humble and receptive.

There is infinite capacity within us. We are not using even an infinitesimal portion of our power. Be open. Don't underestimate anyone, any situation or circumstance of life. Learn to listen not only with your external ears but with your inner ears also, that is the heart, the center of your existence. There is a message in all experiences of life. Be patient and penetrate a little more beneath the surface of experiences and you will see and receive the hidden message. Don't give up hope because of the failures in life. Be optimistic. Have faith in God and life, and then success will be yours.
