Along with rich subject knowledge, the experience that they have had in a wide spectrum of organizations like Assam Oil, BHEL, KITCO, NDDB, DSP, Philips, Ponds, Price Waterhouse, UNDP etc, helps the students in gaining a deeper insight into the corporate world and its management. The most recent teaching methodology is used in imparting knowledge to the students. The core faculty has an average experience of 20 years (which includes an average teaching-cum-research experience of 12 years and an average corporate experience of 8 years); and is of an average age of 43 years.
What truly sets apart the Amrita faculty is their passion and dedication in moulding up students into not just future managers but future citizens of the country. They not only take-up the role of professors but also of friends and mentors who guide the students through out their 2 years of stay in the campus.
