Publications in refereed national and international journals like Management and Labor Studies, South Asian Journal of Management, Journal of Social and Management Sciences, Indian Journal of Training and Development and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Contributed a case on Conflict management in the text book authored by Gregory Moorhead and Ricky W. Griffin, 2005 edition and book chapters on “Impact of Transactional Analysis on the performance of employees”, “Emotional Branding” and “Current status of Power, the key infrastructure in India” in professional reference books titled “Workplace Counseling”, “Contemporary Branding Strategies” and “Infrastructure Development and Financing” respectively. A Qualified Award assessor for the CII EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence and a certified Psychometrician & Personality Profiling Analyst (Thomas International, UK), consulted in the areas of Competency Mapping, Training & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, HRD Audit and Behavioral Assessment and is a trainer in the areas of Transactional Analysis and Emotional Intelligence. Earlier to joining Amrita, had been working for PSG College of Technology and had been a visiting faculty to University of Toledo and San Diego State University, USA
