One and a half years experience in industry as a Finance Manager. Taught MBA students at ddIT, Gujarat for 3 years before
joining the FpM program at IIM Calcutta in the dB area. Submitted doctoral dissertation in May this year. Presented a paper in an International conference at IIM C on Corporate Social Responsibility. Currently working on publications derived from doctoral work in the area of “Happiness” and its impact upon the workplace dynamics. Currently working on developing and offering a MDP Program called Know Thyself to corporate.
INTEREST AREAS
Interest Areas: Positive Organizational Behavior, Ethical Leadership and the role that happiness with life influences ethical leadership, the role that the spirituality plays in generating happiness and concern for colleagues at the workplace.
