Read a paper on “Yoga, Values and Spirituality” at the 4th International Conference on Yoga Research and Value Education in 2003 in Kaivalyadhama, Lonavla, Pune. Presently working on two books on Yoga and allied sciences and one book on Spirituality. Was consultant for Yoga Education, Stress Management and Personal Growth programmes for organizations like National Institute of Port Management, Indian Overseas Bank Staff College, LIC Zonal Training Center, TI Cycles of India, Tube Products of India, TCS, Rane Madras, Ponds (I) Ltd, Carborundum Universal Ltd., K.J.Hospitals (P) Ltd., Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd., New India Assurance Ltd., Madras Port Trust etc. Was associated with the Krishnamurti Foundation India Schools in Varanasi and Chennai for many years. Was Founder-Director of ‘Yogashethram-Foundation for Yoga Studies’ in Chennai
before joining the Amrita family in 1997.
