1. I am currently in my final year of UG / PG. Can I apply ?
Yes. You can fill in all information except your final year marks and
register your application.

2. Is the OARS Registration Number same as ASB Application Form Number ?
No. The OARS Registration Number is your login id to the Online Application Process. After your DD is received, the Admissions Office will allocate an ASB Application Form Number which will be intimated to you by email. You are expected to quote this ASB Application Form Number in all your future correspondence.

3. When should I send the Demand Draft ?
You may send the Demand Draft immediately after you register. An ASB Application Form Number will be allocated to you only after the Admissions Office receives your Demand Draft.

4. What happens if my Demand Draft gets delayed ?
Registrations for which a Demand Draft does not reach the Admissions Office before 30-December-2006 will be removed automatically by our database system. If you do not receive an email from us containing your ASB Application Form Number within 15 days of your sending the Demand Draft, please contact admit_asb[AT]amrita[DOT]edu

5. What happens if I lose my Internet connection in between filling my application form ?
Data you have entered till the previous page gets stored in the database. You can continue filling in the application form in a separate session.

6. How can I know the status of my submitted application ?
The status of an application can be viewed by logging into the OARS.
