OZONE

O-zone, or the Operations zone, has been a group of creative students of Amrita School of Business (ASB), Coimbatore. O-zone has had a reputation of being the most active forum every year. Not only does our forum create the toughest of the games in Pragati – the yearly inter college fest conducted by ASB, it also conducts various events all through the year. We conduct various quizzes, and mind games through out the academic year. During Pragati, our games have received accolades for being very challenging and interesting. Another responsibility that O-zone has over it is to help students understand the intricacies of operations electives in their MBA. This is done by getting workshops done through luminaries in this field. Experts in the field of operations are also invited through various colloquiums and guest lectures.

Games
During Pragati, O -zone brings out games which are played by the participants coming from various B - schools from the various parts of the country. These games are based on the concepts of Operations Management. These games are designed to put the participants in a real life situation where prudent decision making and a command on logical skills can only take you through.

In Pragati – 2005 O-zone came up with two mind boggling games. These were called –

Now Pragati -2006 is in the way and so are the new games of O -zone. So be there to be a part of this event where you can show your mettle and your understanding of the various concepts. Be there and crack the most sought after games of Pragati – the ones designed by O -zone.
