I have guided numerous B.Tech final year projects with respect to Design of Experiments. This included creating, analyzing, and interpreting the experimental data.

Co-PI for ISRO-RESPOND Project: Analysis and Evaluation of Multilayer Shear Damped

SUBMITTED: co-PI for DBT Project: Development and testing the efficacy of new dynamically moulding footwear for Diabetic patients. – 3 years, Rs. 43.5 Lakhs

Preliminary collaborative discussions with ASL (DRDO) Hyderabad:
Estimating storage life of missiles relative to mechanical and thermal degradation from moisture absorption. Details pending.

Activities

Assisted Vice Chancellor with framing the University Organization Structure and with the formation of academic and administrative committees.

AUMS: as Project Manager & Coordinator my role has involved university-wide coordination of software requirements, implementation, and product support

TAP Committee: my role has involved active participation in meetings to discuss policies and procedures related to testing and assessment in various academic programs, creating documentation of these policies and procedures along with instructions, and creating and communicating software specifications based on the TAP committee recommendations and decisions. I have worked closely in streamlining the functioning of the Exam Office in ensuring data accuracy with respect to grade sheets and other certificates, and with timely publication of exam results online.

UGP Committee: same as role for TAP committee
FAP Committee: I coordinated the formulation of the faculty self-assessment performance appraisal form as well as the student feedback form and set up procedures for implementation of the same using both online web-based as well as offline paper based procedures.

AIEEE Counseling 2006: I led the implementation of the software system used for B.Tech counseling based on AIEEE as well as State Engineering Entrance Exams and coordinated the counseling activities during the entire period of B.Tech counseling for 2006 batch.

B.Tech Chemical Engineering: Played a major role in constituting the board of studies for finalizing the curriculum and syllabus for B.Tech Chemical Engineering, preparing the Process Control lab, and various other activities with launching the new B.Tech program.
Amrita School of Business: Have served on the panel for interviewing applicants for MBA program at Amrita

Amrita School of Education: Served on panel to evaluate existing academic format at School of Education, and assisted them to move to Semester-based system and aligned with academic calendar of other Amrita Institutions.

Academic Group: Have worked closely with Academic Group at Amrita School of Engineering, Ettimadai, specially with respect to matters related to academic calendar, timetable, format for assignment of subject codes and names, format for assignment of student roll numbers, etc.;

Miscellaneous: Have assisted Vice-Chancellor with various miscellaneous administrative duties.
