About the department

The department, established in 1994 has sufficient number of academic and support staff, committed to research, teaching, learning excellence and well equipped laboratories and library, meeting the requirements of undergraduates and post graduates and research students. Graduates and postgraduates of Electrical and Electronics Engineering will be able to take up challenging jobs in a wide range of industries and engage themselves in research and development

The Department offers the following programmes:

B.Tech (4 year degree) programme in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Annual intake of students: 120)

M.Tech (2 year degree) programme in Power Electronics:
(Annual in take of students: 25)

Research Programme leading to PhD. degree

The department offers facilities to undertake research programmes leading to PhD. degree in Electrical Engineering.
