About the department

The department of Information Technology commenced activity in 1999 offering the B.Tech. degree in Information Technology. The apparent diverse developments in computer technology, wireless and satellite communication explosion through the Internet are bound to make a marked change in our lives. These form the tools and tackles of “Information Technology” – the technology of the future.
