A workshop on advances in multimedia coding and presentation was flagged off on May 7, 2007 by IETE Chairman, Coimbatore Center and IT Chairman ,Prof. Gangadharan . K and ECE Chairman Dr. V.P. Mohandas. The technical sessions were handled by Mr. S. Sathish Kumar,Lecturer ,ECE.The participants were introduced to advanced principles of multimedia including audio, video and image processing .
