Guidelines for Oral Presenters

Oral presentations will be on 18th Feb 2009 on the 3rd Floor, NANOBIO Conference Center, Annex Building. Please see the oral schedule for your presentation time

The total time for each presentation is 10 minutes (8 + 2)

Please do NOT bring your own laptop for your presentation due to limited time

Please make arrangements to pre-load your presentations onto the designated laptop the day before the presentation during break or early in the morning at the preview room located near the NANOBIO Conference Center

Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat Reader are the only acceptable methods for electronic oral, Organized Oral and Symposium presentations

The meeting room will be equipped with a dedicated LCD projector and PC laptop operating on Windows XP, and loaded with MS Office 2007 and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please make sure that your presentation will run under this system

Acceptable media: DVD, CDs, Flash Drives. You will need to ensure that these are compatible with our laptops – which will have DVD, CD readers and USB 2 ports

All presenters will be expected to contact oral presentation in-charge near the help desk on the 3rd Floor near the NANOBIO Conference Center at least 60 minutes in advance of the start of their session and please be seated in the front of the meeting hall. If you have not received the confirmation letter, please contact us at nanobioamrita@gmail.com

Guidelines for Poster Presenters

Your Poster board has assigned to be displayed at the foyer on the 3rd Floor near the NANOBIO Conference Center. There will be two Poster sessions – one on 17th Feb, 2009 and the second on 18th Feb, 2009. You will be provided with the day of your presentation day. Posters will be displayed during the whole day, according to the poster sessions allotted

If you have not received your abstract or poster number through email, please collect the same from the poster session in-charge near the help desk on the 3rd Floor near the NANOBIO Conference Center. You need to set up your Poster between 8:00 am – 9:00 am. Please register at the registration counter and receive your certificate. The area will be open for viewing from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm everyday during February 17 – 18, 2009. Your poster must be removed between 7:30 pm – 8:00 pm on the same day of your presentation. The NANOBIO is not responsible for items left after 8:00 pm. Poster boards are approximately 100 cm wide x 115 cm tall. Your head should contain title of presentation, author’s names and organization or company. Place your abstract or poster number at the top left corner, which will be provided to you from the registration desk on the same day
