  1. When is the ID card issued?

    ID card will be issued within 2 weeks of commencement of classes

  2. Reporting date and time to join hostel: items to be brought, room allocation, etc
    Schedule for the Reporting at Hostel: One day before class commencement
  3. Items to be brought : Mattress, Pillow, Bucket, Mug, Lock with minimum 1 keys for room, small lock for cupboard, coffee/tea cup, water bottle, umbrella, bed sheets, pillow covers, blanket.
  4. Room Allocation : It will be made by the concerned hostel wardens based on the program chosen and on first come first serve basis.

  5. Uniforms for ASAS Programmes : Uniform will be provided to the candidate after commencement of classes.
  6. Text books: how to procure text books :

    Text books are to be procured by the candidate on their own. University will provide a list of test books which are required for the students. The students may procure the books online or by visiting book store of their preference. A candidate may also utilize the text books available in our Central library.

Instructions for Online Payment

  1. Login with your Application Number and Date of Birth.
  2. Verify the application & academic data displayed in the dashboard.
  3. Click on the ‘Payment’ tab and proceed with the payment of Initial tuition fees.
  4. Download the acknowledgment receipt after the payment is successful.
  5. Fill your personal, academic and other details and complete the process by uploading your photograph.
  6. Finally upload your scanned copy of following certificates

  • Certificate of Physical Fitness
  • Joint Declaration by Student and Parent against Ragging
  • Joint Declaration by the Parent / Guardian and the candidate
  • Please keep all Original Certificates & one xerox copy of each at the time of certificate verification.

A print out of the above should be taken, relevant portions filled in/signed and brought along with the otherOriginalDocuments. Also bring two recent colour passport-size photos & Proof of online payment details at the time of Certificate Verification.

Guidelines to Pay the Balance Tuition Fees Online

Payment of fees has to be done through an online payment gateway from AMS.

Payment of Remaining Tuition Fees, Hostel & Mess Fees / Bus Fees.

  • Access the AMS server through any computer connected to the internet.
    Visit AMS Server
  • Enter your Application Number
  • Enter your Date of Birth as mentioned in your application in YYYY/MM/DD format
  • Enter the “Captcha code
  • Click on “Login
  • Proceed to pay the balance fees/hostel fees/bus fees.

There are facilities to make the payment either through Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, NEFT/RTGS and SBI branch pay.

Below are the Steps to Complete the Payment:

Payments are handled at the online payment portal hosted by SBI Bank. You have the following methods of making the payment:

  1. Credit Card/Debit Card: Use any authorized Credit or Debit Card issued by your bank to make the payment. The site supports cards from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Rupay.
  2. Internet Banking: You can use your internet banking account from your bank to make the payment. Select the appropriate bank and proceed to make the payment.
  3. NEFT/ RTGS: You can generate a Payment Challan in this option. Once the Challan is generated, take a print out of the Challan. Use the Challan at any Bank branch to initiate a NEFT/ RTGS transaction. Please ensure that you use the correct Account Number and IFSC while making the payment.
  4. SBI branch pay: You can generate a Challan in this option. After taking a print out of the Challan, use this at any SBI Bank Branch to make a cash transaction as per guidelines of the Bank.

Mandatory Points for UG & PG Candidates

  1. Eligibility criteria is mandatory for each programme. At the time of certificate verification if the candidate does not meet their eligibility criteria the application will not be considered and will stay CANCELLED.
  2. It is highly recommended to keep a copy of the payment transaction after successful payment.
  3. If you have completed your payment process successfully and the AMS does not show a successful transaction, please do not attempt to make a transaction again. Please wait for one day and check the status of your payment on the AMS portal.

All further enquiries regarding the fee payment shall be based on the Application number, Payment Reference Number and the Bank Transaction Number.

Withdrawal Request

To cancel the admission, click on 'Withdraw', fill the data, download and print theWithdrawal Request form and send it to the address mentioned below.

Refund Policy for ASAS Seat Allotment Process – 2019

  • Refund will be made as per the norms of UGC
  • Refund will be made only after submission of Original fee receipt, Provisional Seat Allotment Letter and no dues certificate. The refund will be made through account transfer to the account number mentioned in the withdrawal request. Hence, the correct bank account details may be provided in the withdrawal request.
Withdrawal Requests received before the commencement of the program (Up to 30th June, 2019) The entire academic fee after deducting the processing fee of Rs.5000/- will be refunded.
Withdrawal Requests received from 1st July to 15th July, 2019 The entire academic fee after deducting 10% will be refunded.
Withdrawal Requests received from 16th July, 2019 to 31st July, 2019 The entire academic fee after deducting 20% will be refunded
Withdrawal Requests received from 1st August, 2019 to 15th August, 2019 The entire academic fee after deducting 50% will be refunded.
Withdrawal Requests received after 16th August, 2019 No refund of any academic fees
