The withdrawal is processed only after receiving the filled request form, Provisional Seat Admission Offer letter and Fee receipts in original at the Admissions Office at respective campus. Mere filling of the forms will not be considered as withdrawal.

Submission of Original Documents and other procedures:

  1. Candidates shall fill the personal and academic information online. All the candidates will receive the link by SMS. Data shall be compulsorily updated one week prior to your arrival at the campus for the orientation.
  2. Certificate of Medical Fitness, Joint Declaration by Parent / Guardian, Joint Declaration on Anti-Ragging by Parent / Guardian can be downloaded from the Campus Management System. The link to login will be included in the SMS as mentioned in point 1. These two documents shall be printed, signed and submitted with the other original documents.
  3. All the candidates shall submit the documents in original on the orientation day. University staff will verify the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the prospectus. Admission offer will stand cancel if the candidate fails to prove / meet the eligibility.
  4. Candidates opting for hostel can take the hostel admission from July 8th 2018 onwards.
