Counselling, Seat Allocation & Admission
Counselling is fully online.
Candidates are offered admission to an academic programme based on their academic preferences and based on All India Ranks of JEE (Mains) – 2019 or based on the rank secured in AEEE 2019, as preferred by the candidate, through a common Seat Allocation Process for all the five engineering campuses.
Counselling involves Registration for counselling by paying counselling charges, academic preference submissions, Allotment of Seat, Acceptance of Seat Offered, Payment of Fees and Verification of Documents.
Seat allocation is done separately for candidates with AEEE 2019 rank and JEE Mains 2019 rank. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the website for frequent updates on the counselling process. University may admit an AEEE 2019 candidate having a good score in JEE Mains 2019, if he/she gets a better option of academic preference.
All the registered candidates will receive the notification on the counselling by email. The same will be published in the website also.
