The Centralized Seat Allotment Process for the candidates who have appeared for AEEL.
What is the Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP)?
The Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP) is a streamlined system designed for candidates who have successfully obtained entrance examination ranks, enabling them to secure admission to a range of undergraduate and integrated programs offered by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. These programs are available at various schools located in Amritapuri, Coimbatore, Kochi, and Faridabad.
To begin the counseling process, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Login to the Amrita Online Admission Portal (AOAP) using your credentials. (Registered email id and password)
- Enter your +2/HSC/Intermediate marks accurately. Please note that you must fulfil the eligibility criteria for your preferred courses as specified in the Handbook/website, or else your admission will be cancelled. Therefore, while submitting the preference of courses, ensure that you have fulfilled the specified eligibility criteria for the course(s) submitted. Kerala +2 results are expected only after 25th of May in that case, enter the details only after the results are available.
- Upload the relevant Marks Statement in the AOAP portal.
- Submit your preferred choice of campus and programmes under AEEL.
Important points to be noted:
- Results are published on the AOAP.
- There is no fee to register for the CSAP.
- The allotment of the campus and program is based on the rank secured in the AEE.
- CSAP registration will be closed by 5th June 2023, 12 PM.
- 2nd Allotment will be published by 13th June, 2023.
- Candidates shall remit Rs.25,000/- as the initial payment of tuition fees within 5 days from the issue of the first allotment, failing which the offer will be cancelled without any further intimation.
- Allotment once made can’t be changed. Payment of the remaining fees for those who have been allotted their first best choice will have to be made within 10 days, failing which the admission will stand cancelled.
- Candidates who have been allotted a preference other than the first and wish to go for a higher preference are required to pay Rs.25,000/- and wait for the second round in CSAP. The allotted choice may be upgraded, if necessary, provided there is any scope/possibility for the upgradation. Balance payment of fees for such candidates can be made after the second allotment.
- Those who have not paid the initial payment of Rs.25,000/- against the first allotment will not be considered for the second allotment.
- In case a candidate has already been admitted at any of the campuses based on the +2 marks, he/she has to withdraw formally through AOAP from the program joined and join the new campus.
