Candidates seeking admission to any of the courses at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham are hereby warned against possible cheating by unscrupulous agents who may promise and assure seats by extracting large sum of money from the parents/candidates. Amrita has not appointed any such agents for canvassing candidates. Candidates should note that there is no provision for CAPITATION (or) DONATION fees towards admission in Amrita. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will not be responsible for the actions of such agents.
DM/ MCh courses are offered at Amrita School of Medicine, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Kochi. DM is offered in 10 streams and MCh in 8 streams. The courses are recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), New Delhi.
After NEET SS - 2020 results are published, candidates are advised to visit the Medical Counselling Committee’s (MCC) website for registering and participating in All India Deemed University counselling conducted by the Directorate General of health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), New Delhi.
Candidates are advised to regularly visit the MCC website for latest notifications regarding counselling schedule / reschedules / counselling scheme and other updations after NEET SS - 2020 results. Candidates must also visit Amrita Super Specialty page from Health Sciences Campus, Kochi frequently for further instructions and guidelines regarding reporting for admissions.
