ICTS primarily offers its services for the maintenance, upkeep and repair of the University resources. The Technical Service Team  is committed to taking care of the personal computers and other assets which are owned by Amrita University.

However we do service or repair the devices personally owned by our staff/users, governed by the following rules:

  • You may have to wait for our technician to get free in order to service your device. Hence there may be a delay as priority is given to servicing of University owned assets over personal assets.
  • In case of a network issue with your personal device we would require to have your device physically at the ICTS office, as direct network connection will  make it easier and faster for us to solve your problem.
