In order to book the services of our Photography or Videography team, the following steps can be taken:
- The requestors need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or also a call can be made to help-desk at Extn 5500 regarding the request. The person can also directly visit the help-desk and request personally.
- There will be an event coordinator (presently helpdesk executive) who will ensure that he has all information as required by the team.
- You will get a feedback from the team confirming their availability for your event. Please note that work is carried out on first come first serve basis, and therefore the team and their equipment need to be free from other commitments duringyour time slot.
- It is preferred that all new requests need to be provided to help-desk minimum three days’ in advance.
- The AG team may refuse to take up an assignment if it is already committed elsewhere at the same time.
- It is important to get the exact details of the requirement from the requestor in advance itself. AG staff will perform only those particulars which are expressly agreed upon beforehand
- Any immediate requirement need to be approved by Campus Director
