The PG Programme M.Sc. Computer Science is not generic in nature with an objective of bringing out a developer. It’s highly focused towards developing a career in Networking and Systems Administration.

Job titles one sees for computer networking and Systems Administration include :
Network Administrator, Network (Systems) Engineer, Network (Service) Technician, Network Programmer/Analyst, Network/Information Systems Manager

Since the I.T. world is constantly evolving there are a wide variety of Professional Computer and IT Job Certifications, which are in great demand. Certifications are additional value tags for those taking up a career in Networking. Certifications from a number of vendors including the skills and technologies covered are popular in the industry. Our M.Sc. Course syllabus and training pedagogy also address the requirements for developing the technical competency for facing the Certification Examinations from CISCO like the CCNA, Microsoft MCSE, MCSA and the Red Hat® Certified Engineer (RHCE) and Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA). Lot of advanced skills, knowledge, and abilities required of a senior system administrator are usually gained from the practical work experience. Three year degree in BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), any discipline.
