Tranquility IoT & Big Data Solutions (TIBS), a Startup from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, specialized in IoT hardware and software platform design and development is looking for interns to work in the following projects. Internship duration is for a minimum period of six months. If you are into computer networking, programming or into hardware design and development, then this would the ideal choice for you to build up expertise in the IoT space.

  • Device Authentication – Light weight scheme that can be deployed on a sensor end node to authenticate itself with the gateway. Dynamic Key Generation mechanism (One person)
  • Developing Gateway Security – Develop or modify an existing light weight firewall for IoT gateways. (Two in a group)
  • IOT Middleware for network management – Develop a full fledged IoT middleware to manage IoT LAN and WAN (Group of two to three)
  • IOT Security Operation Centre (SOC) – IoT sensor Traffic monitoring. Anomaly detection and Prevention using machine learning models. (Min group of 3 people)
  • Dynamic Data Acquisition Platform for IoT – Programming free platform for configuring sensors, data acquisition, actuator triggering, sensor alter triggering, visualization and analytics. No programmatic interventions required. It will purely work on a drag and drop basis. (Can have upto 4 people)

If you have any other interesting ideas in this domain that you would want to try out, then please feel free to raise those with a brief abstract about your idea. We would be more than happy to consider such innovative ideas as well.
