What I understand from my own experience that all members of the educational institutions are leaders by all means immaterial of the position and status they hold in the day to day running of the school. It is also vital to understand and capitalize on the knowledge of the overall school functioning so that each of us can challenge and could take any responsibility in whatever position the school management gives us.
