In the session, Mr. Harish shared his own personal experiences of what worked and what did not work when he was student and the facts and fallacies of what made him as he is today. He requested all the teachers to never give up on an average student. One must make sure to say to their students that it is all right to be an average because an average always has some place to go and that place is always a better place than where one is.He also said, "As teachers I humbly request you to tell the students that it's alright and whenever they know it's alright they are going to do well. Whenever you tell them it is not alright, they are not going to be alright, they are not going to do well". The event came to a conclusion with the vote of thanks by Gayathri Narayanan, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri.
