The Department of Commerce and Management at Amrita School of Arts and Sciences, Kochi is organizing a two day national conference on Personal Wealth Management from February 20-21, 2015.
Personal needs and goals revolutionize as life progresses. Therefore, the need for wealth is enduring. Wealth depends on what is left after meeting various expenses and outflows and how savings grow. Personal wealth is actually the difference between what you own, and what you owe. Financial planning is the basis of creating, managing and enhancing wealth during lifetime.
Wealth creating assets are those that increase in value over time and provide a return. Personal wealth management is not a herculean task provided we nurture it regularly. Bank deposits help regular savings and are low risk investments, mutual funds offer professional management and risk diversification while debt options provide fixed income and offer growth. How can these opportunities be converted into wealth in the long run and how do we create wealth to meet major goals such as house acquisition, funding children’s future needs, retirement savings? The answer lies in appropriate financial discipline and planning.
The objective of this seminar is to disseminate information across a broad spectrum of topics like innovative investment tools and smart strategies designed to meet the needs of those who wish to build their assets and enhance their wealth. The seminar draws inclusive audience and includes opportunities to network with delegates as well.
