Devi Vijayan currently serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore, since 2006. A native of Kollam District, Kerala, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cochin University in the year 2003 and Master’s degree in Computer Vision and Image Processing from Amrita University in the year 2006. Her areas of interest include Signal Processing, Image Processing and Pattern Recognition. Currently she is pursuing her Ph.D in the area of Biomedical Image Processing. She is an Associate Member of IETE.
