Bio

Dr. Govind earned his Doctoral Fellow in Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). His doctoral thesis on ‘ethical workplace climate’ was in the area of organizational behavior. He has over 10 years of experience in industry, research, teaching, and consultancy for nonprofit organizations. His research focuses on values, ethics, stewardship, and human dignity. He has presented research papers at international and national seminars. His teaching interests include Business Ethics, Organizational Behavior, Corporate Social Responsibilities, Social Psychology for Managers and Humanistic Management
