Dr. V. M. Nandakumaran currently serves as Professor in the Department of Physics, School of Arts & Sciences, Amritapuri. His areas of research include Non Linear Dynamics and Chaos, Chaos in Laser Systems, Synchronization of Chaotic Systems.
Dr. M. Padmanabhan currently serves as Professor in the Department of Chemistry, School of Arts and Sciences, Amritapuri Campus. He is also the Chairman, PhD Programs (Faculty of Science) of the University.

Dr. K. V. Subhadra Antherjanam served as Professor at Amrita School of Ayurveda. She pursued her M. D. in Kayachikitsa & Shalakya Tantra from University of Kerala.
Swami Sankaraamritananda Puri (Dr. C. Nagarajan) currently serves as the Medical Director and Principal at Amrita School of Ayurveda. He is also working as a Professor in the Department of Kayachikitsa, Amrita School of Ayurveda.
Dr. Geetha Kumar obtained her Ph.D from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, USA, where she elucidated the structure-function activity of FadL, a bacterial Long Chain Fatty Acid binding protein. Following her Ph.D, Dr.Kumar did her post-doctoral studies under Dr. Neil Nathanson, at the University of Washington, Seattle, USA, on the regulation of Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor (mAChR).
Dr. Walter Schrenk currently serves as Professor at the School of Biotechnology. Ph. D. in Organic Chemistry & Polymer Science, Joh, Gutenberg University Mainz in 1982. Formerly at R&D Department of Hewlett Packard/Agilent Technologies, Waldbronn, Germany.
