Students interested in applying to the exchange program (one or two semesters) can apply for any of the courses/disciplines currently offered at Amrita University, either at the UG or PG level.

The following documents are required in order to apply to the exchange program:

1. Application Form(PDF)

2. Statement of Purpose/Project Proposal

This document is required by the Host University (Amrita) for selecting students/research scholars and to provide them with the appropriate department, project, project guides, etc.

3. Current Academic Record

Transcripts for all courses taken during 10th and 12th as well as undergraduate and graduate (where applicable) courses are required for the selection process.

4. Resume or CV

This document is required by the Host University (Amrita) for the selection process and to provide more information about the student’s academic and professional background.

5. Work Experience Certificate (if any)

6. No Objection Certificate (if applicable)

All international students wishing to undertake any research work or join a PhD or M. Phil. program will have to obtain prior security clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs and the approval of the Department of Secondary Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development Government of India. This documentation must be on the research visa endorsed to this Institution.

7. Language Certificate

All international students will need to submit this certificate as proof that they have sufficient knowledge in English. This document is required by the Host University (Amrita) during the selection process.

8. Official Proof of Student's Identity

This document declares that the student is currently enrolled at the Home University. This document/certificate is required by the Host University (Amrita) during the selection process and will also be required for processing the student's Visa.

9. Recommendation Letter from the International Coordinator of the Home University

10. Bank Certified Check for Course/Lab Fess (if applicable)
