We welcome applications from candidates with a background in Computational Biology, Bio-Signal Processing, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Teaching the concepts and methodologies to the students of the university and joint research publication will be an integral part of the positions.
The positions require active participation in research activities that involve: i) collection of different types of molecular data, e.g. gene sequence data, gene expression data, etc.; ii) applying pre-processing procedures on data, iii) developing AI/ML algorithms for data/knowledge mining and prediction of meaningful biological models based on biological data iv) profound knowledge of python to code the algorithms.
