Job Description

  • Coordinate and assist in the smooth conduct of Food Science Laboratory courses for undergraduate, postgraduate programm and PhD scholars.

  • Prepare purchase lists for lab chemicals, consumables, and food ingredients based on course requirements and research needs.

  • Support procurement processes by maintaining records of materials required and ensuring timely purchase and stock maintenance.

  • Assist in the preparation and updating of lab modules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.

  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness, equipment functionality, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.

  • Assist faculty and students during practical sessions and research projects with necessary preparations and supervision.

  • Manage inventory, ensure proper storage of chemicals and ingredients, and maintain issue/consumption logs.
Experience High priority is given to candidates with 2-4 more years of experience. Fresh B.Sc Graduate /M.Sc could apply too. Experience Required
