Job Title JRF for DRDO Funded Project
Location Coimbatore, Tamilnadu
Required Number 1
Qualification M.E./M.Tech./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. M.E./M.Tech. in a relevant branch of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum 70% or 7.5 CGPA from a recognized University/Institute. The age should be less than 35 years. Candidates who have a qualified GATE Score are preferred. The candidate must possess good knowledge of Power Electronics, Electric Drives, and Electrical Machine Design.
Job description The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing hardware prototypes of various special machine designs, power electronics converters, and controllers.

The task to be performed are:


  • Development of the proposed system.

  • Experimentation, testing, and result validation.

  • Purchase equipment and inventories for the project Skill set: Ansys Maxwell,

  • Motor CAD,

  • MATLAB,

  • Hardware-in-Loop,

  • FPGA,

  • dsPIC,

  • dSPACE Candidates before appearing for the interview shall ensure that they are eligible for the position they intend to apply.


Selection Process

Candidates desiring to appear for the Interview should submit their applications. The shortlisted candidates will be intimated about the interview only through e-mail. The interview for the shortlisted candidates will be held at Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Please note that No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview. The decision of the selection committee is final
