Job Description	Will be responsible for PhD related operations at University Level including University Level Scholarships from receiving applications to award of scholarship Review of Progress of Scholars receiving scholarships. Final Check for scholars to meet PhD degree requirements after Thesis Defense Process approvals from Dean, VC and CoE for award of degree Data collection and submission of PhD related data for Ranking and Accreditation Will be responsible to Coordinate the submission of revised curriculum and syllabus for Mtech Programs and PhD level courses Coordinate with Registrar's office for approval of BoS for PhD and MTech Preparation of Circulars as directed by Dean PGP and for communications from Dean PGP to all Deans and HoDs Maintain the PhD SharePoint site Coordinate International Admissions Any kind of Admin tasks assigned by Dean PGP
Education	Masters in Management/Engineering
Soft Skills Required	Good Verbal and Written Communication, Managerial , Data Analysis, Team work and coordination, Detail oriented, Quick learning
Technical & Management Skills	Advanced Excel, Basic understanding SharePoint & E-Governance, Operations Management
Experience	Minimum 5 years of experience/expertise in similar areas
