Amrita Center for Advanced Robotics (ACAR), School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri campus, is inviting applications for funded Ph.D. positions in advanced robotics and related areas for both domestic students & international students. The Amrita Center for Advanced Robotics (ACAR), is a research center focused on the research in advanced robotics in the areas of, agriculture, power, medicine, etc. ACAR offers world-class robotics research, testing, training equipment, additional facilities devoted to technology, experimentation, education, and entrepreneurship.

Successful Ph.D. candidates will have the opportunity to conduct research on topics related to the following themes:
