The book, which is priced at Rs. 395/- has hit the book stores and can also be bought on Amazon. 

The book provides a coherent, comprehensive and concise coverage of the software project management, discipline and concepts. The first part focusses on the project management life cycle activities which include planning, evaluation, scheduling, resource allocation and monitoring with special emphasis on emphasis on hands- on tools techniques, modals, methods and documentation. A primer on the SDLC is also provided with the focus on various popular models and paradigms like waterfall and prototyping as well as new trends like agile methods. The second part of the book covers the enire gamut of umbrella activities like risk, cost, quality, configuration, contract, change and people management.
