62nd Birthday Celebrations of Chancellor Amma, Mata Amritanandamayi at Amritapuri

Amritapuri campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is buzzing with activity ahead of the Amritavarsham 62, birthday celebrations of Mata Amritanandamayi, on Sunday 27^th September 2015. A massive marquee that could easily accommodate one lakh and fifty thousand devotees has come up in the Amrita University grounds. The marquee is 2,500 feet-long and 1,000 feet-wide.
