Abstract : The present study aims to investigate the influence of food quality, service quality, and price fairness on restaurant re-patronage intention, mediated by customer satisfaction in the context of halal-certified restaurants. This study employed a purposive sampling technique, and data collection was carried out through an online survey. A total of 110 usable responses were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results showed that food quality, service quality, and price fairness influence customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction also leads to re-patronage intention. It was also found that customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between the exogenous and endogenous variables. Finally, limitation and recommendations for future research were also discussed.
