Dr T. K. Sindhu, Associate Professor in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of the School of Engineering at Coimbatore was selected to receive the Young Engineers Award from the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI).
Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (WU-Wien) is the largest university in Europe for business administration and economics. Known also as the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, it has been home to Dr. Biresh Sahoo from the Amrita School of Business for nearly nine months now.
Earlier last month, 20th-23rd November 2008, Dr. Sheela Nampoothiri, HoD, Department of Pediatric Genetics at the School of Medicine, was invited to present a paper titled, “Lysosomal Disorders in Kerala – Experiences from AIMS,” at the Asia Pacific Lysosomal Storage Disorder Conference held at New Zealand.
