In yet another major feat,  a paper by the Amrita Live-in-Labs® team has been accepted and published in a recent International Journal, Technological Forecasting and Social Change 172 (2021): 121002  with an impact factor of 8.593.

Amrita HuT Labs' Autonomous Wheelchair Project Selected for IEEE HAC & SIGHT Funding

The Humanitarian Technology (HuT) Labs, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus, was selected for the IEEE HAC and SIGHT funding of USD 4919 for the project titled "Autonomous Wheelchair with Negative Pressure Isolation Hood (21-COV1-071)". This is the second project approved and funded by IEEE HAC & SIGHT.
