Amrita TBI Accelerator is a fast-paced program with the mix of best practices to help early stage start-ups evolve into successful ventures. The Startup Accelerator program is supported by NIDHI, NSTEDB, DST – Govt of India and partnered by Indian Angel Network, VenturEast, PwC, Freshersworld, Amazon Web Services, and SAP Startup Studio.
Amrita TBI is a non-profit technology business incubator supported by DST – Govt of India and Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, which fund, mentor and nurture ideas, startups, and entrepreneurs. In 2017, Amrita TBI received the National Award for being the Best Technology Business Incubator in the country. Amrita TBI is listed among the Top-5 most prolific startup incubators in the country by The Economic Times.
We accept startups across all stages of development- from idea stage through the initial few customers. Accepted startups could have just an idea, built the first prototype or have a finished product with the initial set of customers. Apply Here
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: February 02, 2019
The total seed investment from Amrita TBI for the Top-3 startups is $100,000 USD. Additionally, all startups that participate in the accelerator program, will be eligible for varied amounts of investments from the investor panel. Funding is provided in the format of loan and/or equity.The startups can raise funding from the invited external investors and Amrita TBI on the Demo Day.
Amrita TBI will not take equity from the startups for joining the accelerator program.

The last date for submission of applications is February 02, 2019. Participants are requested to complete a simple online form that explains the problem they are trying to solve, the uniqueness of their solution, value proposition, competitive advantage etc. Additional materials to support the case are welcome.
Pitch
The shortlisted startups will be invited to pitch to an elite panel of investors and C-level executives at Amrita TBI, Bangalore.The Top startups will be selected for the Startup Accelerator program, These Top startups will be also incubated by Amrita TBI.
Accelerate
The Amrita TBI Startup Accelerator program is a fast-paced program that will focus on customer development, go-to-market strategy and make the startup fundable-ready by Demo Day. All teams will be directly mentored by world class mentors, external partners and the Amrita TBI team.

Demo Day
All Top startups will be pitching in front of elite investor panel and C-Level executives for possible investment. The Top-3 startups will receive direct investment from Amrita TBI. The total investment outlay from Amrita TBI for the Top-3 startups is up to $100,000 USD.
