Amrita TBI signs MoU with Indian Angel Network (IAN)

Amrita Technology Business Incubator at Amritapuri campus, signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU)  with Indian Angel Network (IAN), the country’s first and Asia’s largest network of angel investors. IAN President Padmaja Ruparel and Vice President Digvijay Singh were present during the ceremony held at the Amrita TBI. 
“Through this partnership, Amrita TBI startups have a quick and easy way to get capital at the early stage to take the enterprise to the next level besides getting invaluable mentorship,” said Amrita TBI Vice-President Snehal Shetty.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Chooses India's Top Five Start-ups for Funding

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham's Technology Business Incubator (TBI), conducted "The Pitch Fest 2015" at Bengaluru campus. The winners were announced in Bengaluru on April 1, 2015.The five ventures will secure funding of USD 150,000 (approximately Rs 1 crore). The winners are Pingbits, StratDecider Analytics Private Ltd., Velnatural Fibers, Shradhanjali and Discover Dollar Technologies. Of the five, Pingbits is based in Ahmedabad and Shradhanjali is based in Rajkot.
