Aiming to stimulate the intelligent minds of Indian school students, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is organizing a marathon programming competition 'Lord of the Code' that will span the next eight months. The online contest is open to school students of any age group from across India and will take place on the last four days of each month. The winners will be sponsored by Amrita to participate in its prestigious “Battle of Whiz” programming camp to be held in December 2016.

Quiz for Differently ­Abled Kids Held at Amrita School of Arts & Sciences, Kochi

‘Prabhathi,’ a general quiz program for differently abled children, was organized as part of the student branch activity of the Computer Society of India (CSI) at the Amrita School of Arts and Sciences (ASAS) Kochi on Thursday 18th February. Around 150 differently abled students from various special schools across the city, accompanied by their parents and caretakers, participated in Prabhathi, a corporate social responsibility initiative.
