Dr. Rahul V. J., first-year PG Scholar, Department of Samhita and Siddhanta, School of Ayurveda, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri campus, won the first prize in the scientific paper presentation (Oral) in the preliminary round at Saadhanaa 3 - National Seminar on Clinical Aspects 2020, conducted by Nangelil Ayurveda Medical College, Kothamangalam, Kerala, from February 6 to 8, 2020. 

Dr. P. Rammanohar (Research Director, Amrita School of Ayurveda) chaired the three days WHO working group meeting for the development of standard terminology documents in Ayurveda held at Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar from December 2-4, 2019, along with Prof. Dominik Wujastyk (University of Alberta, Canada). Susan Shaw (Associate Dean from Auckland University of Technology) and Saketh Ram (CCRAS, India) were the rapporteurs. 

A three-day workshop on ‘Advanced Manuscriptology’, jointly organized by the School of Fundamental Research, Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) and the Department of Samhita & Siddhanta, Government Ayurveda College, Trippunithura, was held at the Government Ayurveda College, Trippunithura from January 7-9, 2019.

Dr. Haritha Chandran, Assistant Professor, Department of Maulika Siddhanta (Basic Principles of Ayurveda), School of Ayurveda, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri campus, delivered an awareness talk on Ayurveda followed by an interactive session at Amrita Vidyalayam, Kollam on January 10, 2020.

Dr. P. Rammanohar, PI (India) and Dr. Ananthram Sharma Co-I (India) visited the University of Milan to participate in the concluding meetings of the Indo Italian Researcher Exchange Program to develop Integrated Treatment Protocol for Management of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
