Job Title : Junior HR Assistant
Location Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
Required Number : 1
Qualification : MBA - HR & Administration. BBA / BBM with previous HR work experience is also preferred.
Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including hiring, onboarding, and induction.

  • Administer attendance tracking and payroll processing.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle data management.

  • Record new hires, transfers, terminations, and changes in job classifications.

  • Monitor and track employee leaves.

  • Ensure integrity and confidentiality of HR records and proceedings.

  • Provide clerical support to the HR Manager.

  • Conduct or assist with new employee orientation.

  • Uphold punctuality and meet deadlines for HR tasks.

  • Foster strong teamwork and collaboration within the HR team.

  • Demonstrate commitment to ethical work practices and professionalism.

  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in HR procedures.

  • Effectively manage tasks and prioritize time to meet HR objectives.

  • Display professional behavior and demeanor in all interactions.

  • Maintain responsibility and reliability in HR operations.

  • Exhibit enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward work.

  • Familiarize oneself with company policies and comply with established processes.

  • Handle day-to-day HR activities efficiently.
