The Department of Management, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi will organize ‘CHAKRAVYUH’, a Business Plan competition from January 15-16, 2020, in association with Amrita Technology Business Incubator (TBI).
About Us
ASTHRA, the flagship event of Amrita MBA Programme, Kochi commenced as a B-fest in 2012, metamorphosed into an International Symposium in 2015. As part of the ninth edition of ASTHRA, we are conducting ‘CHAKRAVYUH’, a Business Plan competition.
The Department of Management, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi campus, will conduct the 9th edition of the annual management festival, ‘ASTHRA’, on January 17, 2020. It is being held as an International Symposium on the theme, “CSR and Sustainability: Decoding the CSR Ecosystem in India”. The 9th edition shall provide a unique platform for discussions and deliberations on ‘best practices in the domain areas of CSR and sustainability’.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has got a universal acceptance as a dominant aspect of corporate thinking as a critical pathway to economic, social and environmental sustainability. It also helps in the creation of a knowledge network with eminent experts, business leaders, civil society stakeholders and aspiring management professionals.
The event shall be attended by students, corporate practitioners and NGO’s from various parts of the country.
Chakravyuh
Chakravyuh, a trailblazer to Asthra will be conducted as a two-day event this year. Day one will consist of a Business design thinking workshop, aimed at developing the entrepreneurial skills of students from various fields like commerce, engineering and management. It will be an interactive workshop that will help students to improve and solve challenges through structured thinking process. Day two will consist of a Business plan competition for aspiring students to pitch their ideas and bring out the entrepreneurs in them.
The event will be conducted in association with Amrita Technology Business Incubator (TBI), from January 15-16, 2020.
