Qualification

Essential: M. Tech in Electronics/ Nanoelectronics/Material Science and Engineering with CGPA > 8.0. (or) M.Sc. in Electronics/Materials Science/ Nanotechnology with CGPA > 8.0 having NET, CSIR or any government agency-approved qualifying exam


Desirable: Candidates having the following will be given preference:
a) Candidates with NET/GATE qualifications
b) Experience in the area of general electronics circuit design, Fabrication of Sensors, Machine Learning and Core areas of Material science and Engineering, including Synthesis and Characterization of nanomaterials,
