Amritakalotsavam’13, the cultural youth festival that showcases the varied talents of our students was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Amrita School of Biotechnology on 26th and 27th April. Dr. Bipin Nair, Dean, School of Biotechnology, inaugurated this multi-hued event which consisited of events ranging from a variety of classical and semi-classical dances peppered with songs, skits, mimes and mixed in with creative story and poetry writing along with beautiful artwork. The various programmes were arranged during free hours and after classes to enable maximum participation. The Faculty members of the school contributed to the celebration by staging a hilarious skit about misuse of mobile phones that had the audience in stitches. The events concluded with fantabulous dance performance from each batch and prize distribution. Now back to the exams spirit. The school has to wait for its Anniversary (BIOPULSE) to see yet another marvel of student talents. Good Bye to the entire graduating batches. Thank You for all those memorable moments, the footprints that will guide the rest on the cue.
