Today, there exist multiple options to access trade data of various commodities in different markets in the world. The data sources such as World Bank, trademap.org and others are reliable and it can help the exporter to take sensible decisions with respect to foreign trade. In this context, there is a need for both exporters and importers to engage in analytics to make their decision risk free. This program is designed to equip all who are in international business with relevant skill sets which will enable them to perform simple analyses concerning day to day decision making about export/import of various products and markets.

Export market identification, Understanding global trend of export of various products, Export competitive analysis and hands on exercise.

Overview of import market, import
statistics for various countries and products.
Day 5
Forecasting on trade data and export/import projection.
Day 6
Identification of potential market for export products.
Day 7
Competitor mapping, market specific risk assessment, Revealed comparative advantage and openness to trade.
Day 8
Revision, Q&A from the participants, exporters and importers.
