Engenius – 2024 is a national-level annual project competition organized at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Engenius provides a platform for talented engineering, MCA, and M.Sc. students to showcase their innovative technical projects. Participants can design and execute projects in engineering or related areas, focusing on finding solutions to real-life problems based on the branch they have studied. 

Who can register? 

  • Third year, Final year engineering students 
  • Second / Third year MCA students 
  • M.Sc. students
  • Engineering graduates who passed out in 2023

Engenius Stages & Timelines

ROUND 1 – ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

In this preliminary round, participants are required to submit their project abstract online. The initial evaluation of the projects will be based on the assessment of the abstract

Guidelines:

  • Pursuing Students – A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 members from the same college are allowed to submit a project.
  • Engineering Graduates who completed their studies in the year 2023 are allowed to submit projects individually.
  • Abstract Format: Concise PDF with a maximum word count of 600
  • Deadline: May 25th

ROUND 2 – PROJECT PRESENTATION 

  • Shortlisted teams will compete in the final round, which will be conducted online
  • Evaluation based on presentation and discussion with industry and academia experts followed by a Q & A session
  • Guidelines will be shared by email for selected teams
