Bio

Dr. Sreeram T S completed B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering Kothamangalam, M.Tech in Energy Systems Engineering from IIT Bombay and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras. His Ph.D. thesis title is “Selection of measurements for defense against false data injection attacks targeting power system state estimation”. His major research interests include

1. Cyber-attacks in power systems
2. Power system state estimation
3. Smart grids and energy management systems
4. Stability analysis of microgrids

Before joining Amrita, Dr. Sreeram T S worked as an ad-hoc faculty at NIT Calicut. He was a teaching assistant for NPTEL course DC Power Transmission Systems (Dr. S. Krishna). He is a reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Smart Grids.
