Job Description

  • Conduct Fitness Assessments: Assess student fitness levels, goals, and health conditions to develop personalized exercise programs.

  • Create Workout Plans: Design and customize fitness routines based on students individual needs, taking into consideration their fitness levels and any specific requirements.

  • Instruct and Demonstrate: Provide clear instructions on exercise techniques and demonstrate proper form to ensure students perform exercises safely and effectively.

  • Motivate and Support: Encourage and motivate students to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support.

  • Monitor Progress: Track students progress, make necessary adjustments to their workout plans, and provide ongoing feedback.

  • Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe and clean workout environment, enforce safety guidelines, and be prepared to respond to emergencies.

  • Assist with Equipment: Help students use gym equipment correctly and provide guidance on appropriate equipment for their workouts.

  • Conduct Fitness Classes: Lead group fitness classes, if applicable, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for participants.

  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new fitness techniques, and certifications to enhance personal and professional development
